Tottenham Hotspur are in the picture to sign Royale Union Saint-Gilloise’s Anan Khalaili.
The winger’s performances for the Jupiler Pro League side have convinced Tottenham to include him in their target list.
He is a product of Maccabi Haifa’s youth system and made a move to Belgium in 2024.
At Royale Union Saint-Gilloise, the 21-year-old mainly operated as a right wing-back. He’s played 99 matches, managing eight goals and 11 assists of which six goals and six assists are from 52 matches this season.

Khalaili impresses Tottenham
The Israel International’s displays for Royale Union Saint-Gilloise have not gone unnoticed.
That’s according to Het Laatste Nieuws, who name Tottenham Hotspur and Napoli as his suitors.
The Serie A side have concrete interest while the north London club are keeping an eye on Anan Khalaili, after including him in their shortlist.
He ended up on Tottenham’s radar as his performances over the past year have left them impressed. The player’s potential for growth and age has also not gone unnoticed at Spurs.
HLN state it’s ‘more than likely’ the Israeli will leave and his exit is ‘almost a certainty’.
There’s expectation the winger’s sale can see the Belgian club collect more than €25m, so that he’s their new record sale. The current record is €22.8m from Franjo Ivanović’s sale to Benfica in July 2025.
With the Premier League side in the mix, the fee quoted is likely within their reach.
As well as Khalaili, Spurs are also looking to Manchester City winger Savinho and opened talks to sign the Brazilian.
Contract, value and agent info
Anan Khalaili’s contract runs down in 2028, with an option for another year. Transfermarkt value him at €18m, the highest of his playing career so far.
