Leeds United‘s Largie Ramazani has said goodbye to Valencia, after spending a season on loan at the Mestalla.

The winger had a difficult first half of the season due to an injury and made his first start in February.

He had a good run until April, resulting in reports of the La Liga side wanting to retain the Leeds United man. That month, the player said he will decide his future this summer.

On April 28th, Sport Witness covered claims from Spain that the 25-year-old is crazy to extend his stay at Valencia.

Last week, we relayed news his attitude and behaviour in May haven’t please Los Ches, who have put his deal on hold.

No future at Leeds United

The Belgian managed six goals and two assists this season and has already said goodbye to Valencia.

He will now return to Elland Road, where his future remains uncertain. That’s according to Plaza Deportiva, who state Largie Ramazani will look to find a new club this summer.

Carlos Corberán’s side, for their part, are closely monitoring his situation.

Wednesday’s edition of AS reports Valencia CEO Ron Gourlay is on a European tour to carry out signings.

He’ll spend the next few days in England and have a meeting with the Whites for the attacker. Los Ches CEO had earlier contacted Daniel Farke’s side before putting this on hold because of the player’s attitude.

The Spanish club have resumed this operation, and Tribuna Deportiva are also reporting this. They took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to state Gourlay already travelled to England.

He will have several meetings there and one of them will be with Leeds United, ‘to advance the signing’ of Ramazani.

El Desmarque state the English club side want to recoup part of the €10m [including bonuses] paid to sign him.

Valencia could buy him if Leeds United accept around €3-4m and the player lowers his salary. It depends on the fee the Whites are requesting and if it’s above €4m, Corberán’s side will look elsewhere.

Leeds United exit most likely

Largie Ramazani has a contract until 2028, and Transfermarkt value him at €8m.

However, he’s unlikely to continue with the Premier League side, who are also looking to get rid of him.

With the two parties keen on a summer transfer, the attacker is likely to leave Elland Road again. What needs to be determined is his next destination.
