Wolverhampton Wanderers are reportedly interested in the signing of Lucas Moura from Tottenham Hotspur.

The 30-year-old’s contract with Spurs expires at the end of the season, and with no chances for a renewal, he’s set to walk for free this summer.

It’s Brazilian outlet Torcedores who reveal Wolves’ interest, claiming representatives from the Molineux side already got in touch with the player.

Moura knows Tottenham are not giving him a new contract, and since the club left him at ease to analyse the bids, he’ll be doing that as soon as the official offers arrive.

Torcedores highlight that Flamengo are also interested in the signing, but the player actually prioritises staying in Europe at this stage.

Wolves are just one of the clubs who are trying to keep him on the continent, as well as the likes of Aston Villa, Lazio, Newcastle United and Marseille.

Featuring for Tottenham this season, Moura only has 17 appearances with no goals or assists, and would definitely need a big turnaround to impress at Julen Lopetegui’s side, in case they’re really keen on the signing.
