The 30-year-old’s deal expires at the end of next month and this, coupled with his form for the Turkish club this season, has resulted in interest from Leeds and other clubs. Batshuayi has scored 23 goals and registered three assists from 40 games this season.
It’s claimed English clubs are lurking for the former Chelsea man, ‘especially Leeds United’, who are currently in contention to return to the Premier League.
Daniel Farke’s side are third in the table, three points behind second placed Ipswich Town, an look set for the play-offs.
The report says Leeds ‘will make an offer’ for Batshuayi if they return to the top flight next season.
Fenerbahçe have an option to extend the attacker’s deal for one more year and two days ago, the same outlet stated they are planning to exercise it. This isn’t mentioned in their latest report.
