Stefano Sensi’s move from Inter Milan to Leicester City continues to be a saga, and the Italian media today brings the freshest news on this chase.

According to CalcioMercato.it journalist Giorgio Musso, there’s still ‘no green light’ between the clubs for the transfer.

It’s said that Leicester City and Inter Milan are still discussing the formula. The player is expected to either join the Foxes on a permanent deal, or a loan which could include an obligation purchase in case they get the promotion to the Premier League at the end of the season.

Sensi’s contract with the Nerazzuri expires next summer, so in case the clubs agree a loan deal, he would have to renew his deal with the Serie A side for one year. That seems to be just one more in the many issues the clubs have been sorting.

Earlier this week, it had even been claimed that Sensi was ready to have his medicals with Leicester City, but it seems the clubs are in a big struggle to find a common ground, and time isn’t exactly on their side.
