It seems that regardless of how many times Italian clubs are told that Arsenal aren’t interested in dealing Jakub Kiwior in January, new articles appear about the Poland international.
The latest comes from Gazzetta dello Sport on Wednesday, who report that AC Milan are still very keen on the centre-back for January.
They don’t have the money for a permanent transfer, which is why a loan will be targeted, and the Arsenal player is ‘at the top of the list’.
The reason for that is the young defender has ‘already played in Italy’, since he first made a name for himself on these shores with his performance at Spezia, and has ‘quality’ that the Serie A club like.
As always, this comes with a caveat, since there is still some uncertainty as to whether Arsenal, who paid €25m for him just under a year ago, would be willing to let him leave on loan.
Previous reports have suggested that wouldn’t be the case, since there is already a lack of depth at centre-back, but who knows what can happen between now and the end of January?
After all, the Arsenal decide to invest some more in that area of the pitch, perhaps a door will open for Kiwior?
