Manchester City goalkeeper Claudio Bravo has really been living a nightmare this season, and the Chilean media won’t give him a break.

The 36-year-old first had an injury which left him out for most of the season, and this was pointed out as the main reason why he wasn’t called up for the Copa America.

And besides losing his place at the national team, the Chilean media believe he may be replaced at Manchester City as well, since the club are close to announcing the signing of Asier Riesgo from Eibar.

Outlets Radio Agricultura and En Cancha both report Riesgo’s deal today as a sign that Bravo should be leaving the Premier League champions this summer.

Radio Agricultura says that the transfer would make Bravo’s stay ‘complicated’, while En Cancha writs that ‘there’s no information about his departure, but anything can happen’ in the summer.

Bravo still has one more year of contract with Manchester City, and hasn’t been heavily linked to a departure from the club so far.

In Spain they believe City’s new signing will be arriving as third choice.
