FC Lausanne-Sport will take advantage of the international break to have a friendly against Manchester United.
Manchester United co-owners Ineos also own the Swiss club and OGC Nice. All three have endured difficult starts this season, winning only one league match each so far.
Michael Carrick’s side have five points from five Premier League matches and are 12th in the table, four points behind fourth placed Brentford.
Lausanne-Sport have six points from nine matches and are bottom of the table. The Ligue 1 side defeated Lille last weekend to secure their first win, and with that, they got out of the relegation zone and moved to 14th spot [18 teams in Ligue 1].

The squad could be bolstered by players from the first team who are not away with their national teams. The goal of the trip: to strengthen ties with the partner club in England.’

Manchester United already used Ineos connection
The Premier League side have already used the Ineos connection to send a youngster out on loan to Switzerland.
In January, the Old Trafford club allowed Sékou Koné to join the Swiss club on loan.
His preferred role is as a defensive midfielder while manager Peter Zeidler used him as a left wing-back.
The 20-year-old played 134 minutes from five matches before an injury cut short his season.
Luka Elsner replaced Zeidler in the summer, and Manchester United let Koné return to Lausanne-Sport via a fresh loan in July.
The Malian has been a regular, playing 622 minutes from 10 matches and operated in the midfield.
Last weekend, the Manchester United man received a straight red in the 4-0 defeat to league leaders FC Lugano. He will serve a three-match suspension, meaning Koné won’t feature until they host Thun on November 1st.
