There was some concerns when Real Madrid spent €60m to sign Luka Jovic from Eintracht Frankfurt last summer, and there was a pretty good reason for it.

With only one goal in 13 appearances so far, the Serbian striker is struggling to find good form at the Spanish side, and it doesn’t look like he’s getting many more minutes this season.

Now Real Madrid look for a solution for this problem, and it turns out that West Ham United may be the answer for that.

Website Fichajes reports today that the Galacticos are ‘studying’ the possibility of loaning him out, and West Ham are interested in signing him.

A good reason for West Ham to believe Jovic would do well at the club is that he could once again play alongside Sebastien Haller, who used to be his teammate at Eintracht Frankfurt, where they both had impressive performances last season.

Fichajes doesn’t seem to know a lot about how things stand, but they make it clear that Zinedine Zidane doesn’t see Jovic as an important piece for the rest of the season.
