Juventus striker Moise Kean has been labelled ‘unrecognisable’ and ‘unsellable’, with the Italian side set to spend €28m to sign him permanently from Everton next summer.

Calciomercato explain that the striker has failed to get anywhere near to the required level since his return from Goodison Park in 2021.

He joined on an initial two-year loan deal that includes a €38m obligation to buy next summer, something the Italian giants have been desperately trying to avoid.

They wanted to get rid this year but ‘no one’ in the market was ‘convinced’ to put up the money needed so they could activate the redemption clause with Everton a year early.

If that situation doesn’t change, they will eventually end up paying €38m in total for the striker, made up of €7m for the two-year loan, €28m for the redemption clause and another €3m in bonuses.

That deal is looking increasingly like an excellent one for Everton, with Kean continuing to struggle to hit the heights he enjoyed at the club or while on loan at PSG.

Indeed, he was keen to end his relationship with them in the summer as well, but nobody was interested in him, and he remains ‘unsellable’ for the time being.
