Tanguy Ndombele has returned to Tottenham Hotspur following his short-loan spell at Lyon in the second half of the 2021/22 season.

Antonio Conte has not included the 25-year-old in his plans for the new campaign and left him out of Spurs’ squad for their pre-season trip to South Korea.

The Tottenham player will have to find a new club this summer and he may not be short of options.

According to Media Foot, Galatasaray have come forward to ask information about the midfielder and are ‘carefully monitoring’ his situation.

With a deal expiring in 2025, the report states Tottenham are ‘listening to opportunities’ for the Frenchman. They further add the Premier League will not retain him if they receive a ‘good offer’.

Having invested in excess of €50m to secure his services from the Ligue 1 side in 2019, the north London club would not be willing to let the player leave for cheap.

Galatasaray are not in a position to invest big on Conte’s man. In fact, Media Foot state if the Turkish club were to consider taking Ndombele in the current window, then it is likely to be on a loan deal.

A case to follow…
