As falls from grace go, Dele Alli’s has been quite impressive.

Once one of the more desired attacking midfielders in the world, the Englishman is struggling for game time at Tottenham under José Mourinho, to the point where an exit in January is mooted.

A move to Paris Saint-Germain has been discussed for quite some time in various websites and newspapers, and Fussball Transfers continue to report the player could head over to France sooner rather than later.

Alli was already a wanted man when Thomas Tuchel was in charge, but with Mauricio Pochettino now poised to take over from the German in the near future, it makes even more sense.

The Argentine was the one to get the best out of the England international during his time as Tottenham manager, and a reunion in Paris could be what’s best for the midfielder.

Fussball Transfers claims ‘talks are ongoing’ between Alli’s ‘advisors and PSG director Leonardo’, while the ‘prospect of working again with Pochettino could help reach an agreement’.

The former Spurs manager is said to ‘appreciate’ the player, meaning a ‘reunion at the Eiffel Tower is possible’.

Let’s wait and see.
