At the end of June, Manchester City reached an agreement with Juventus for the transfer of Pablo Moreno.

The 18 year old forward signed for the Premier League club, in a deal which saw Félix Correia move the other way.

Just over two months after signing for City, Moreno is set to leave the club on loan.

Catalan newspaper Sport say he’ll sign for Girona in the ‘next few days’, and won’t be the last piece of business done with Pep Guardiola’s side this summer.

Moreno is from Granada and was with Barcelona’s youth system before signing for Juventus, so shouldn’t have many problems settling back into Spanish football.

Sport explain the loan ‘chapter’ between City and Girona has opened again, after no players made the move in the last summer window.

They don’t give any specifics on who could be next to go the same route, but are clear in their claim that more business is expected.
