Laurens De Bock left Club Brugge and made a switch to Leeds United in January 2018.

A few months later Marcelo Bielsa was appointed as manager at Elland Road and the Argentine allowed the left-back to return to join KV Oostende on a season-long loan deal.

The Whites manager has several options for the left-back position, which means De Bock would struggle to get regular playing time if he continues with his current employer.

According to Het Laatste Nieuws, the defender was ‘no longer’ needed at the Championship side this summer. Therefore, the Belgian is expected to make a switch to Greece, where he is set to join Aris FC on a loan deal.

De Bock still has three more years left on his contract with the English club and Aris have negotiated with Leeds United to include a purchase option as part of the deal.

For the 26 year old it represents a chance to kickstart his career.
