By the end of the last season, it was already clear that Fulham wouldn’t keep Layvin Kurzawa at the club.

Struggling with injuries for the whole season, the fullback couldn’t prove himself in Marco Silva’s side and got sent back to Paris Saint Germain.

It turns out that in a story from L’Equipe, relayed by Le10Sport, it’s today explained the uncomfortable situation the player is having in France.

PSG got rid of many unwanted players in the summer, but couldn’t do the same with Kurzawa.

Since his return from Fulham, the fullback doesn’t have a single minute played, and the big problem is that he makes €600k gross every month.

The report highlights that he’s earning ‘a fortune’ without playing and is ‘very aware of his privileged contractual situation’, probably ‘smiling’ with this whole scenario.

PSG are using all options they have for the left-back before considering giving Kurzawa a chance, as they didn’t even include him in the Champions League list.

So following a season where he could barely perform for Fulham, his situation at PSG isn’t getting any better either.
