Sassuolo’s Daniel Boloca has ended up on West Ham United’s transfer agenda, according to Tuttosport.

The 24-year-old was playing in Serie D during the 2019/20 season and made it all the way to Serie A when he was signed from Frosinone in the last window.

Operating as a defensive midfielder and also in the middle of the pitch, he’s managed a goal from 10 games this season.

His form hasn’t gone unnoticed as the report says big names from the Premier League are keeping an eye on him. Tuttosport mention only West Ham in their report.

It’s claimed scouts from some English clubs, ‘particularly West Ham’, have ‘already moved to study him closely’.

The midfielder, who has had rapid growth over the past few years, has received sirens from the Premier League and this has certainly pleased Sassuolo CEO Giovanni Carnevali.

After adding the player to the squad in the summer window, the report states Carnevali is ‘already anticipating the future capital gain’ through his sale in the upcoming windows.

For now, David Moyes’s side are keeping an eye on Boloca, and time will tell whether West Ham will take further steps to sign him.
