Sporx claim Fenerbahce are showing an interest in Liverpool midfielder Marko Grujic.

The Turkish website says Fenerbahce manager Aykut Kocaman is keen on signing the Serbian, and that the Yellow Canaries are set to make an offer for the 21 year old.

It’s been well documented in the Turkish press Kocaman is looking for a midfielder who can play as a No.8, and Fenerbahce have in recent weeks been linked with the likes of Davy Klaassen and Seko Fofana.

It’s been reported Fenerbahce want to loan Grujic for 18 months and they’re also looking to include a €5m redemption clause.

The former Red Star Belgrade player has been unable to break into Jurgen Klopp’s team, and has mainly been playing for Liverpool’s U23s this season.

Grujic’s agent Zoran Stojadinovic recently said his client needs to join another club on loan in January because he doesn’t want a situation like his compatriot Lazar Markovic. Whilst it’s largely being ignored in Turkey, the agent voiced a strong preference for an English move.

Markovic has also struggled to get games under Klopp, and last season was sent out on loan to Sporting, followed by Hull City.
