Spanish outlet Marca brings today an interesting reaction to the reports which say Samu Sainz is returning to Leeds United in the summer.

The website covers these claims which come from England, and then add that it’s actually not the player’s wish to make the move.

Marca says that Saiz’s desire is to stay in Spain, even though he hasn’t been getting all the playing time he’s expected.

His absence from the team would be exactly Leeds United’s reason to have him back from Getafe, as the player has missed the last four games with the La Liga club.

Marca points out that there’s a disagreement regarding his return, with the player wishing to stay in Spain and Leeds working to have him back.

Getafe, who signed Sainz on a loan deal in January, don’t have a buying option over him, so maybe the Spanish side need to wait for player and the English club to work out the situation and then take a decision whether to try to sign him or not.
