Having returned to Manchester United after a loan spell at Marseille, Eric Bailly could be on the move again.

Earlier on Wednesday, we covered claims from Turkey that he has already agreed a three-year deal with Beşiktaş. It was also stated he will have a final meeting today with the Red Devils over his future.

Sabah, taking to Twitter, have backed it up and add the Black Eagles are waiting for an update on the defender’s meeting with Manchester United.

The Ivory Coast international has a year left on his deal but the report states he will leave Old Trafford as a free agent. In other words, the meeting with Erik ten Hag’s side is to terminate his contract.

Sabah journalist Ogün Şahinoğlu has also provided a few additional updates on this case. He states the 29-year-old’s move to Beşiktaş is expected to be finalised ‘at the latest’ by tomorrow.

Şahinoğlu adds the centre-back is set to travel to Istanbul once he agrees to terminate his deal with Manchester United. Beşiktaş will offer Bailly a three-year deal worth around €2m per year.
