Jose Mourinho split Chelsea fans last season, there were some who put blame on him for the club’s failures, a year after becoming champions, and felt that he’d turned the atmosphere toxic at Stamford Bridge.

But equally there are many who will always hold the Portuguese manager dear, and who are grateful for what he’s done for the club in two spells as manager.

Over the weekend, Mourinho caused a little bit of irritation to some Chelsea fans when he took to Instagram to stick up for his son.

Playing for Fulham, Jose Jr has been receiving the predictable abuse, and Mourinho posted an image of camels and the score of the match… which Fulham won 2-1.

After that spread around the media, Mourinho has made another comment, saying: ‘I was missed understood
The images were to one person in particularly
I never intended to hit any Chelsea fans
For all the support they will always be in my heart…and when i say always i say always.🐪🐫are the ones with stupid coments not the cfc fans.i will always respect them.’ (sic)

So that ends that then, not so sure about using camels though.
