On Friday, we covered claims made in Italy that Fulham, OGC Nice and Bologna have all made offers to sign AC Milan’s Fodé Ballo-Touré. His future looks like it will be away from the San Siro after Stefano Pioli left him out of the squad for the pre-season tour to the US.

The Premier League side have presented the ‘best offer’ for the left-back. That’s according to Gianluca Di Marzio, who also states Bologna aren’t giving up in their pursuit to sign him.

Over at MilanLive.it, they also talk about Fulham and the Serie A side’s desire to secure the 26-year-old’s services.

Despite reports of the possibility of the player ending up at Bologna, it’s claimed this track didn’t take off. At the same time, there’s been an acceleration from Fulham in the last few hours and they are ‘ready to close’ the deal for the defender.

With the Frenchman ‘almost certainly’ set to leave the Italian club, MilanLive.it state he’s ‘one step away’ from his exit and ‘ever closer’ to making a switch to the London club.

It’s further stated Ballo-Touré has his ‘suitcases packed’ to ‘fly to England’ to join Fulham.
