Gleison Bremer has spoken out on his future, with the Brazilian making it clear he’s looking to leave Torino this summer.

The defender had a great season in Serie A and has been attracting interest from a number of clubs. Inter Milan are linked on a daily basis, and Tottenham have been in the picture for over a month.

SportMediaSet say pressure from Spurs to sign Bremer has increased over the last week, and Inter would likely have to sell a defender first before they can make a move themselves.

Bremer wants Champions League football and that’s something Antonio Conte can offer him at Tottenham next season, after the club beat Arsenal to qualification.

Gazzetta dello Sport quote him as saying to Brazil’s Resenha Espn broadcast: “Everyone knows that I have the desire to play in the Champions League and with the national team.

“I wanted to leave last season, but the coach convinced me to stay, and then take the next step this year. I think my farewell is a matter of time. I’m evaluating some proposals, but I really think that next season I will no longer be in Turin.”

That’s as clear as it gets, and the 25-year-old will expect Torino to reach a deal with an interested club this summer. Tottenham could move quickly and try to get ahead of Inter, especially if it’s true that they need to sell a defender first.

SportMediaSet report Torino are looking for at least €35m for the player, which seems a reasonable price, especially if €5m could be made up by bonuses.
