The interest from Premier League clubs for Philippe Coutinho is highlighted by Catalan outlet Sport in a short story today.

The report takes recent claims from the English press to say that Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham are all following in the Brazilian star.

However, sticking to their own information, Sport says that Barcelona only have evidence about the interest from the Blues. It’s said that the Stamford Bridge side want the midfielder on a loan deal.

Philippe Coutinho is currently on a temporary spell at Bayern Munich, but it’s considered unlikely that the German side will extend his spell or use their buying option to keep him.

Barcelona would like to sell Coutinho for a fee of €90m, but are pretty aware there are no clubs who’d pay that much now.

That’s why they could accept a loan deal, as long as a decent fee of around €30m is paid. Then the Camp Nou side would like to include a buying option in the agreement, as there are no plans to keep him in Spain.
