Hull City new signing Evandro only left Porto because he had been sent to their reserve squad. But still, the player claims it’s not his fault that he couldn’t succeed at the Portuguese club.
The player also claimed that “what made him more upset” was that “only the same players” would get chances.
Evandro joined Porto in 2014, but only managed to make 58 appearances in two and a half seasons. He only got to play four games for them this season before leaving the first team.
The 30-year-old had already worked under Marco Silva during his time at Estoril, between 2012 and 2014. He joined Hull City in a €2.5m deal, having signed a contract until 2019.
The player made his debut for the club last Saturday, when Hull beat Bournemouth 3-1, which also meant Marco Silva’s first three points for the Tigers.
