Manchester United are easily the Premier League club who have been linked most with a move for Jadon Sancho.
The Borussia Dortmund player had been having another great season before the Covid-19 crisis forced football around the world to pause, and his potential transfer has been talked about for many months.
Liverpool have also been linked with Sancho, and Bild mention them again. It’s stated that along with their rivals up the East Lancs road, and Chelsea, the Reds are ‘particularly keen’ on Sancho and have been trying to tempt him with a ‘mega salary’.
Singing the England international probably doesn’t make a great deal of sense for Jurgen Klopp’s side, unless they sell Mohamed Salah in the next window.
Despite that, the German newspaper insist there’s interest.
Dortmund’s asking price has been put at €130m, and Bild say that if no club matches that then they’ll look to offer Sancho a new contract.
That could just be bluster trying to talk the price up, and should Liverpool interest be genuine, and a space open up in Klopp’s side, then they could probably get the player for a little cheaper.
