Tottenham Hotspur‘s Mikey Moore is likely to spend the new season on loan at 1. FC Köln.
The Bundesliga side have been pursuing the winger for several weeks and have already made advances.
On August 3rd, we relayed news the Tottenham man rejected several clubs as he’s keen on joining them.
Three days later, Sport Witness covered claims from Germany that the two clubs are close to reaching an agreement. The parties are confident of completing this operation. Roberto De Zerbi’s side have rejected sale offers and are letting him leave via a dry loan.
Why Tottenham haven’t announced exit

The German club want to improve their attack with the 19-year-old and Bologna forward Thijs Dallinga.
Geissblog state 1. FC Köln are working on signing the duo on loan and have reached an agreement with both Tottenham Hotspur and the Serie A side.
Mikey Moore and the 26-year-old Dutchman have to undergo medical tests, and this is now pending.
Bologna have given Dallinga their approval to carry out the examinations. However, Spurs haven’t given the green light for the England U19 international.
The Premier League side’s priority is to secure a new attacker before letting Moore leave this summer.
Belief Spurs close to new signing
Although the north London club haven’t given their approval, there’s confidence he will end up at 1. FC Köln. According to Geissblog, Thijs Dallinga and Mikey Moore’s arrivals are ‘imminent’.
This would suggest Tottenham Hotspur are closing in on signing an attacker. The latest links have mentioned Liverpool’s Cody Gakpo and Manchester City’s Savinho as their main attacking targets.
On Friday, we relayed news the Netherlands international has an agreement in principle with Spurs. They have made a bid of over €69m and Liverpool are considering it.
With Geissblog saying Moore’s arrival is ‘imminent’, it’s fair to assume Tottenham will soon strengthen their attack.
Last season, Moore was on loan at Rangers, managing seven goals and four assists from 47 matches.
