Luciano Narsingh, who has represented the Netherlands 16 times, has another year left on his contract at Eredivisie side PSV.

The 26-year old,one of the few top footballers of Indian origin, hasn’t signed a new contract, and is facing an uncertain future at the Dutch club.

According to Italian website Calciomercato, Southampton are keeping close tabs on Narsingh. The Italian website have basically put up an one line article, and it’s really that brief.

There doesn’t appear to be anything on this in other media outlets in Italy, the Netherlands or England.

The PSV star is available on a free transfer next summer, but nothing suggests so far that Southampton are building an effort to sign him.

Narsingh has managed 17 goals in all competitions in the last couple of seasons, he’s primarily a right winger, but can also play on the left. The PSV player has picked up some form recently, and if he continues that way then genuine interest from England may build.
