Many of the transfer targets Juventus have for the next transfer window are once again listed by Italian newspaper Tuttosport today.

Even though they’re mostly repeating the name of players who have previously been linked to the Old Lady, there seems to be something new on a Wolverhampton Wanderers player: the newspaper now claim Juventus have Pedro Neto ‘highlighted in red’ in their list of targets.

They explain the winger was close on joining the Serie A giants last summer, with the help of agent Jorge Mendes, and remains as a target for the club.

There aren’t many details regarding their pursuit for the 21-year-old, which makes it unclear if Juventus have already made any moves for the signing or if it’s just a continuation from their previous attempts.

It’s worth pointing out Neto already has some experience in Serie A, as he used to play for Lazio before making the €17.9m move to Wolves in the summer of 2019.

This is the kind of news we expected Tuttosport to bring a bit more attention to than they have, and since it’s only mentioned in a short paragraph, we recommend waiting and seeing if this story grows in the coming weeks before putting too much stock in it just yet.
