Earlier today, we covered a story from France regarding West Ham being close to signing Chelsea’s Kurt Zouma.
It was said talks were advancing and the Hammers wanted to finalise the deal very quickly, with the parties involved no longer far apart.
The information was low on details regarding the price Zouma could go for or the length of his potential contract at the London Stadium, but RMC Sport’s Loic Tanzi remedied that with his tweet on the situation.
He claims the French defender is ‘very close to joining West Ham’, with both the Hammers and Chelsea reaching an agreement of ‘around €30m’.

Not only that, but Zouma is also ‘very close of also finding an agreement’ with David Moyes’ side regarding a ‘five-year contract’.
This seems to be well on its way, and it would now be rather surprising if the defender didn’t leave Chelsea in the coming days.
