Watford man ‘doing a lot of good’ since January move – Was ‘missing piece’ club desperately needed

With Belgian side Charleroi suddenly finding a great form in the final part of the season, the local media now talks about the changes that led to this turnaround this year.

The 26-year-old left the Hornets for Charleroi on a short six-month deal, but that has been enough for him to make an impact at the club.

Walfoot highlights that despite having only eight appearances, Bayo has been doing ‘a lot of good’ since his arrival. It’s said he was the ‘missing piece’ they needed to turn things around.

Bayo was signed by the Hornets last summer from the very same Charloroi on a €5.8m deal. In his six months at the English club, he had four goals and one assist in 25 appearances.
