According to TMW Ajax are looking to bring in Mohammed Allach after the Italian football outlet claimed in recent days Marc Overmars will be leaving the Dutch side at the end of the season.
This week it was reported by TMW Overmars will say his farewells to Ajax, and join up with his former club Arsenal next summer.
Now they say Ajax are looking to life without their current sporting director, and they hope to replace Overmars with Allach, who is currently at Vitesse.
It’s claimed Edwin van der Saar sees Allach as the ideal man to replace the former Arsenal winger, and he’s already working on the possibility of bringing in the Vitesse sporting director.
Overmars had a difficult summer with Ajax, and he came under scrutiny for his dealing in the transfer window.
Despite TMW being the ones to go big with Overmars to Arsenal this week, and then seeing that claim spread around the world, they don’t even mention the Premier League club in their Friday article.
