All of a sudden, Tottenham Hotspur’s pursuit of Radu Dragusin seems to have got a lot more complicated.

As widely reported by the Italian media in the past hour, Bayern Munich matched Spurs’ bid for the player and are now waiting for the player’s approval.

As TuttoMercatoWeb also shares a fresh story on the situation, they claim there’s another problem for Tottenham, which is the inclusion of Djed Spence.

The outlet writes that Spurs are ready to pay €25m plus €5m in bonuses, as well as the fullback’s loan. The Englishman, however, ‘does not seem convinced of the destination’.

That’s just one of the factors Tottenham should be worried about, because Bayern Munich’s recent offer put ‘the whole operation’ in doubt.

Genoa are said to be satisfied with the bid made by the Bundesliga giants, and it’s now Dragusin himself who’ll choose who to play for.

So even in case he does go for Tottenham instead of Bayern, Spurs still need to convince Spence he’d have a great time playing for the Serie A side for a few months.
