BT Andreas Christensen September 8thDanish newspaper BT have weighed into the Andreas Christensen situation on Thursday with an informative full page article on the player’s future.

After rumours of Borussia Monchengladbach being keen to make the loan move permanent, BT say they’ve learned that no offer has been made yet, and it ‘strongly smells’ like the defender will be returning to Stamford Bridge when his loan ends next summer.

The newspaper have gone to the effort of contacting the player’s father Sten Christensen, who also acts as his agent. Christensen senior said: “There will be many things written, that’s how it is.

“They (Chelsea) send him a report after each match. And they are also regularly in contact by telephone.”

On Antonio Conte he added: “We have not talked to him yet. But I have since heard that he really likes Andreas.”

If Chelsea want Christensen and he wants them then that’s all there is to it next summer, regardless of Borussia Monchengladbach’s intentions.
