In January, Southampton were desperately looking to improve their front line with some forwards, eventually signing three for a fair bit of money.

The Saints managed to sign Kamaldeen Sulemana from Stade Rennais, Mislav Orsic from Dinamo Zagreb and Paul Onuachu from KRC Genk, with only the former having any real chance to prove himself.

That’s why it isn’t surprising to see the Croatian being linked with a move away from Southampton so soon after his arrival, especially when you take into account the club’s Premier League position, with Inter Live bringing the latest.

According to the outlet, the player’s entourage have started ‘market movements’ for their client, and Inter Milan have been involved, as they want to part ways with Joaquin Correa in the near future if they can.

His one appearance in the Premier League with Southampton is why Orsic has ‘ended up on the market again’, although it’s made clear that Galatasaray appear to be the favourites to sign him.

Still, they believe his ability down the left hand side ‘could be useful’ to either Simone Inzaghi or the next manager that takes charge at the Serie A side, since he can play not just as a winger, but also as a wing-back.
