Fabio Paratici’s history with Juventus defender Merih Demiral could make Tottenham a potential destination for him this summer.
That’s according to Gazzetta Dello Sport, who say the possibility of a move to Tottenham ‘remains to be examined’ by the Turkish international.
Juventus have put him ‘on the market’ this summer as they look to raise funds for their business, with the defender having grown frustrated at a lack of playing time.
The club’s directors have already met with his agent to discuss a move away, with Demiral making it clear he is not happy to remain fourth choice at the club.
There is interest in him, though, with Everton having been suggested as an option in a potential deal involving Moise Kean.
Tottenham are also a possibility thanks to Paratici’s arrival at the club, with him knowing Demiral well, having taken him to Turin during his time in charge of the Italian giants.
At this moment in time, they are not one of the ‘tracks’ that are active, but there is a suggestion that Paratici could change that as he looks to improve Tottenham this summer.
His focus will be on a new manager first, of course, but when that’s sealed, there is every chance he may step up his interest in Demiral.
