Three days ago, we covered claims made in Italy that Tottenham Hotspur like Udinese’s Destiny Udogie.

On Monday, Corriere dello Sport explained Spurs are at the window for the 19-year-old and his entourage will have a meeting this week with the Serie A side’s owner, Gino Pozzo.

Operating mainly as a left wing-back during the 2021/22 season, he managed five goals and three assists from 35 league matches.

The Italy U21 international’s displays for Udinese have also caught Juventus’ attention.

That’s according to Sky Italia, who have two updates mentioning the Turin club and the efforts made by Tottenham to secure the left-back’s services.

The first one states Spurs chief, Fabio Paratici, has met with the player’s agent in London in recent days. Udogie’s representatives are in the English capital to try and convince Pozzo to lower the asking price for their client.

Another report from Sky adds that Paratici’s first contact with Udinese’s management has been recorded. In the last few hours, Udogie’s agent have been in talks with the Serie A side’s owner, to study the feasibility of the operation.

Udinese are asking €20m for the wing-back, while his representatives try to lower the fee so that they can take him to Juventus. Both reports insist the Italian’s future ‘could be far’ from Udinese.

Antonio Conte’s side are in the mix to land Udogie, and Paratici has made contact with both his agent and Udinese.
