Newcastle United’s interest in Juventus winger Federico Chiesa is today again highlighted by the Italian media.

As Corriere Dello Sport writes about the player, they point out there are two options for him in the coming months: renewing his contract or leaving the club.

Chiesa’s deal with Juventus expires in 2025, and since they don’t want to risk losing him for free, a renewal or a departure are the only possibilities they want to consider.

The Bianconeri have already opened talks for a new deal, but since those are happening in ‘no hurry’, the possibility of a transfer grows.

That’s where Newcastle come in, as it’s said that the Magpies have ‘expressed interest’ in Chiesa and could go after him in the summer.

Corriere claims that a move to the Premier League club is an ‘attractive possibility’ for the winger, who should evaluate his future over the next couple of months.

It should all come down to how much Newcastle would offer for Chiesa. The newspaper mentions no price tag, while he’s valued by Transfermarkt at €40m. The contract situation will surely stop Juventus from making huge demands for his sale.
