Fanatik claim Fenerbahce manager Aykut Kocaman has his ‘decision made’ over Tottenham Hotpsur loanee Vincent Janssen.

The Dutchman returned to action this week after being sidelined for almost four months and he’s now hoping to contribute in the last four games of the season.

The Turkish newspaper say Fenerbahce will try to secure Janssen for another year when the transfer window opens because Kocaman is keen to have him at the club. The Turkish club are hoping Tottenham will loan the player to them again, and will make ‘the same proposal’ they did last time.

According to Fanatik, Fenerbahce are in strong position because the 23 year old striker also wants to stay in Istanbul. It’s unlikely he would get games if he returned to England this summer so remaining at Fenerbahce could be his best option.

We recently covered reports from the Turkish press that Turkish club Besiktas have been offered a chance to sign Janssen for €12m.

The former AZ striker has played 14 games for Fenerbahce, scoring 3 goals.
