Tuttosport state in their Sunday edition that Emre Can to Juventus will be made official after Liverpool take part in the Champions League final on May 26th.

It’s not the first time such a timeframe has been claimed in Italy for the announcement of the Liverpool transfer, and the scenario seems to fit with common sense.

Can has been reluctant to let Juventus close the deal and make everything official.

That’s either because he didn’t want to annoy Liverpool, Jurgen Klopp and the club’s fans, or that he’s been waiting for a more attractive offer to come in.

The Turin based newspaper say the Can transfer will be the ‘the first of many’ for Juventus this summer, and it’s predicted the Serie A champions are going to be doing a lot of business.

Can will expect to walk into Juventus’ team but he’s not going to find that automatic, especially if the club are able to secure some of their other targets.

The rumoured exit of Sami Khedira could be a better slant on things for the Liverpool player.
