Bologna have won four of those, drawing the other against AC Milan, which shows how important the player is becoming both defensively and offensively.
Therefore, if the 21-year-old continues to play as he does, perhaps even helping Bologna secure an unexpected Champions League qualification, there would be no reason for them not to spend the money on him.
