According to Fotospor, Leicester City are interested in Trabzonspor attacking midfielder Kerem Baykus.

The website claims the Premier League side have set up a ‘serious’ scouting network in Turkey and are following young Turkish players very closely.

However, Fotospor report Lazio and Freiburg will provide competition to Leicester City in the race to sign Baykus. Championship side Swansea City have also been linked with a move for the player.

It’s reported Trabzonspor would like to keep the player at the club as their manager Unal Karaman wants to give him a chance to prove himself in the coming weeks.

The Trabzon born player is under contract with his hometown club until June 2023.

Recent reports also suggested the Foxes are keeping tabs on an Altinordu youngster, following claims they are interested in 15 year old Burak Ince.

Leicester City currently have Caglar Soyuncu in their squad, who was an academy product of Altinordu.
