Galatasaray attacker Garry Rodrigues has revealed any club interested in signing him will have to table a bid in the region of €15m.

The Cape Verde international has been linked with a move to Newcastle United, following claims this week the Premier League made an offer for the player in the last window.

Mynet Spor have reported on the future of Rodrigues after the 27 year old told the Turkish media he would be able to leave Galatasaray for the right offer: “I will not go for less than €15m.”

Earlier this week we covered reports from Turkey that Newcastle United bid €8m for Rodrigues last month, but this was rejected by Galatasaray because their manager Faith Terim didn’t want to lose a key player in mid-season.

It was suggested if Newcastle United wanted to sign the winger then they would have to pay a similar fee to what Stoke City did for Badou Ndiaye, which does tie in with Rodrigues’ quote.

Newcastle United also tried to sign the Galatasaray star in the last summer window, but again their offer of €6m was turned down.
