It’s been literally one day since the January transfer window was closed, and the Italian media has already kicked off with one of their favourite rumours, which is Paul Pogba’s return to Juventus.

The latest story from Calcio Mercato says the Old Lady would never try to get the Manchester United star in the winter market, but now they start to plan the summer attempt.

It’s said that before Juventus take any actions, they must wait and see what the Red Devils are doing with the player. Paul Pogba has a contract running until 2022, and with no renewal, his price should only drop.

So the Old Lady’s idea is to get to know the midfielder’s price before considering an offer. In case they don’t get him, then they’d go for plan B, which is Lyon’s Houssem Aouar.

Since returning to Manchester United in 2016, it seems Paul Pogba was never forgotten by Juventus, and now we head to another summer where the Old Lady’s wish to have him will often be highlighted by Italian newspapers.
