Italian outlet Tutto Mercato Web brings today the latest updates on Juventus’ pursuit for Chelsea midfielder Jorginho.

The Old Lady’s board are strongly following the player as they would like to please Maurizio Sarri, who’s managed him both at Napoli and at the Blues, and would like to have him again.

The website claims that the negotiations for Jorginho go on, regardless of advancements and breaks in the past couple of months.

Even though Chelsea don’t need to sell the midfielder, it would financially help them for the signing of Kai Havertz, who would be a big expenditure following the arrivals of Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech.

It’s claimed that Juventus tried to include Aaron Ramsey in a deal for Jorginho, but this possibility has been turned down by Chelsea, who would like to let the Brazilian go for only money.

The Old Lady now trust the good relationship between Fabio Paratici and Marina Granovskaia, and could use the same formula as they did to sign Juan Cuadrado, when they got him on a multi-year loan with an obligatory clause to buy.

Despite all the info on Juve’s efforts, TMW doesn’t seem to know how much the Italian giants would be ready to spend on Jorginho’s signing.
