Jordan Zemura’s spell at AFC Bournemouth is expected to come to an end after this season.
That’s according to TuttoMercatoWeb, who state the left-back is set to seal a move to Udinese in the summer.
With a contract expiring in June, the 23-year-old will leave Bournemouth as a free agent and join the Serie A side.
It’s said Udinese have ‘practically concluded the arrival’ of the Zimbabwe international.
TMW add he’s set to sign a five-year deal with the Italian club, starting from July 1st, worth around €800,000 per year, excluding bonuses.
Bournemouth signed the defender from Charlton Athletic in 2019 and initially included him in their youth team squad. He was promoted to the Cherries first team in 2020 and was a regular for them this season until the start of last month.
Zemura’s last appearance for the Premier League side came in their defeat to Arsenal on March 4th. Since then, Gary O’Neil has left the fullback out of his squad for the last five league games.
Recent reports in the UK have explained Zemura has been made to train with the Cherries development squad.
