Manchester United flop Antony has admitted he is enjoying the best moments of his life at Real Betis but doesn’t know what the future holds for him.

AS cover comments from the Brazilian today in which he again insists he has no idea if he’ll be joining permanently from Manchester United this summer.

The Spanish side are determined to explore all possible avenues for Antony this summer after his successful loan spell at the club so far. He joined Manuel Pellegrini’s side on loan in January and has been a revelation since, earning plaudits far and wide for his performances in La Liga and Europe.

That’s got the suitors reportedly lining up, but the player has hinted at a desire to remain at Betis if possible.

Indeed, a report this week stated that he has given his word that he will do his utmost to return from Manchester United in the summer, even if it is just on loan for another season.

In the meantime, the good times continue to roll for him and Betis, and he admits that he’s living the best moment of his life at the club.

“When I got to the Betis I wanted to make history, to be fighting for these things and I’m very happy to play a semifinal in the Betis shirt. I’m prepared physically and mentally for the game,” he said.

“I did have very good moments at Ajax, but physically and mentally, happy as I am here… I think I’m living the best moments of my life,” he said.

“Entering the history of the club would be a dream and I want to write my name in the history of the Betis. I don’t know what’s going to happen at the end of the season, but I just know I’m very happy here.”
