At Inter since 2013, when he arrived on loan from Liberty Oradea, George Puscas has spent most of his burgeoning career out on loan.

Spending last season in Serie B with Palermo, the player has since returned and is waiting for his next move, which could be to Birmingham City.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the 23-year-old has a number of offers from England at his disposal, with Pep Clotet’s side presenting the best one so far.

The Italian newspaper explain the Romania international’s sale should bring Inter a fee of around €10m, which seems a bit much for a club of Birmingham’s finances.

Whether that fee is spread out over a number of years isn’t explained, but if the Championship side are going to pay that fee, it would either require a lot of bonuses or many instalments.

Perhaps the potential sale of Isaac Vassell will help fund a part of it, and with Birmingham needing help up top, perhaps Puscas is the answer.
