Arsenal are looking to bring Yunus Musah back to the Emirates in the winter market.

The midfielder left the Gunners for Valencia in 2019 and was promoted to their first team a year later.

Musah had earlier admitted it wasn’t easy for him to leave Arsenal but had to do it for his career development.

The USMNT player has established himself at the Mestalla and impressed for his country at the World Cup. This has attracted interest from a few clubs, including Mikel Arteta’s side and Inter Milan.

That’s according to FcInterNews, who state the La Liga side want to cash in from the 20-year-old’s sale in January. Valencia are open to letting him go out on loan with buying option, provided it meets their needs.

Arsenal have made an offer for Musah, but it was ‘already rejected’ by Gennaro Gattuso’s side as they found it to be ‘low’.

Therefore, if the north London club wish to sign the American, they will have to make an improved proposal.

Inter are not looking at Musah for January as they have the midfield position covered.

Furthermore, it is difficult for them to invest around €20-25m on a player who will not straight away walk into their starting XI.
