Chelsea wing-back Victor Moses cut short his loan stay at Fenerbahçe in January and moved to Inter Milan in the same month.

As part of the loan deal, the Serie A side retain an option to make the 29-year-old’s transfer permanent in the summer.

The right-back has made seven appearances in all competitions for Antonio Conte’s side and on April 10th, Sky Italia reported the Blues owned player is ‘yet to prove’ his worth at the San Siro.

FcInterNews now explains Frank Lampard’s side are demanding €12m for Moses and the figure quoted is ‘too high’ for the Nerazzurri, especially when his contract at Stamford Bridge lasts until 2021.

It’s claimed the Italian club’s idea would be to take the former Crystal Palace man on loan for one more season, but this remains an unlikely option, unless he signs an extension.

Inter would have decided what to do with Moses in these months, but with football suspended due to the Covid-19 crisis it makes it more difficult for them to make his transfer permanent.

The versatile player is hoping the league will resume, so that he can convince Inter to invest in his signing.

This option, however, ‘appears lukewarm’ for Conte’s side and they are now studying other targets.

Moses’ future is likely to be away from Inter, and Chelsea would be forced to find a solution for him in the summer.
