There’s no denying that, as things stand, Chelsea’s goalkeeper situation isn’t the most stable.

While Edouard Mendy was the man to rely on following his move from Stade Rennais, things haven’t been the same for the Senegal international of late, who has seen Kepa Arrizabalaga supplant him at Stamford Bridge.

We’ll have to see if that lasts, but a constant rotation of the two certainly isn’t going to help anyone, and it appears Chelsea are trying to plan their future at the position.

This comes from Le10 Sport in France, who claim the Blues are the latest to ‘try their luck’ for Noah Raveyre, currently at AS Saint-Etienne.

Despite being reportedly close to a move to Milan, that hasn’t been confirmed just yet, and the Ligue 1 side are ‘in talks for the signing of a new contract’ with their starlet if they can.

However, there is still no agreement, leaving the door open for other clubs, such as Chelsea, to try their luck in an attempt to lure the youngster elsewhere.

There’s not much information here, as it only states the Premier League club are ‘thinking’ about Raveyre for now, who has made one appearance for the club’s first-team.

This was in a 6-0 loss to AC Le Havre, for which he came on in the final 22 minutes, conceding three of those six goals, after starting goalkeeper Etienne Green was sent off.
